Who are the stakeholders in this dilemma? (remember expand the circle of care) [You’ll probably want to focus on one specific type of product]
What values (instrumental and/or intrinsic) are in conflict?
Write a structured response (argument) using CLAIM, EVIDENCE, WARRANT, CONCLUSION that either agrees or disagrees with the ethical question assigned to you.  It may not be as easy as you might think to choose one side or the other. It is going to depend which VALUE(S) you choose to maximize, and what behaviors you think maximize the value(s).
